Default About the recent problems .....

It seems easy for the cable co's to change the codes/keys, whatever and knacker all the boxes.

Surely the companies are aware of all the reprogrammed boxes which we all [may] have , so why don't they do this more often?

Is it really such a hard thing for them to do? Not that I am tempting fate
