It might be. But it is free. I don't stream from pc to tv myself. I was just answering your question.

i stream quite a few matches, but the quality varies massively. some of the streams make my eyes hurt, while some are pretty decent, even on my 42" lcd. if you are wanting to stream these matches, you should try a website such as fsi, who find the streams for you then just post the links.
