Default Missing Channels

Hi there. I seemed to be missing a few channels for my dreambox. These channels are E4, E4+1 and ITV2. I've tried auto scanning for them but cannot find them. To do manual scan for them I need the frequencys. Does anyone have or no where I can find the frequencys? Thanks

If you could post up what area and provider you're with, hopefully someone in the same area will be able to help you out - I know I'll be able to find the info in about 10 minutes from my setup if you're in my area.
