Unhappy Assistance/ Knowledge required

I purchased a Samsung LE37R87BD HDTV 9 months or so ago and I wish to reset the complete TV to default as my attachments have been upgraded.
When looking through the user manual, there is a procedure to reset the TV to default (factory settings).
My problem is, at the end of the procedure, it asks for a Pin Number, I have never added or used a pin number to initially set-up the TV when bought.
Is there a default pin number for this? if so, what is it? or is it just blank?
Please Help!!
thanks in advance.

Parent code?
(see my questions at the end of my initial post to this thread)

NO, nothing in the book regarding PIN number to reset to factory default settings for everything.(sound, input, colour etc...)

Quick guide doesn't help at all either.

Just downloaded the pdf and checked page 42, no pin number there either..

I also have a hard-copy of this manual and I can't see it anywhere...
