I was speaking with a friend of mine who wrks in the ntl tech support division, and it appears that vm/ntl have been very clever this time.

They have been spending the last 8 months from last april's keyrolls,
working on serveral new roll change methods which will change the way the codes a written.

And when we have all updated our boxes with latest au fix they will then start all over again.......
Looks likewe are in for a very s**t xmas !! trying to get free tv!!
It make sense though, hopefully not!!... all they have to do is make the same changes that have caused us to need this firmware update, on a daily basis, theres no way new firmwares could be out, and flashed everyday, I for one would get fed up with doing that...

I may be wrong, or he may be feeding me lies, but thats what he told me.

As i posted earler, i too have updated my box and seems to be fine up to know but call me paranoid but does the lack of activity from VM today with regards key rolls only back up my whispers of a new possible change ??

just crossing my fingers that it aint a sign... and i am too just paranoid !

But for the time being - great work from the crackers and lets hope that we are fine for a few more months.

I will ring my mate tonight and see if he knows more.
