Be like a hospital and have 'patients'.

The keys will be there soon. You have to be aware that there are thousands of people trying to get the keys and the servers sometimes wont handle the loads.

Having problems getting Keymaster to work looks like they are busy as keeps saying can't connect. Can someone PM me Telepest area keys.

Works fine though as has been stated many times before, may not respond when lots of people are trying to get the new keys all at once.

If it has never worked for some users then that is a different issue
