trying to do my first 255, but have stumbled at first hurdle, cannot get P option in hyperterminal, all help appreciate, thanks

thanks mate you were right, have p and installed working mac - not explorer goes straight to vm activation screen ???? is this normal

Hi,
I think I've bricked the modem, now I cant get anything when I try to connect via hyperterminal, only white screen, trying to use tftpd32 & only shows 127.0.0.1 cannot get it to 192.168.100.10, any help appreciated pls

+ how do I know for definite if the modem is useless???

If tftpd32 is showing that IP then it means that you have it set wrong it the TCP/IP properties...

As for the VM page, it means your MAC was in the same UBR as you so it cannot be used.
