Default Suggestion: Different Forum For Key Roll posts?

Every time there is a key roll everyone tends to start loads of threads. Can't we have a different forum for key roll inquiries?

If everyone after codes read what has allready been posted they would be able to get new keys for themselves, ive lost count of the number of pm's ive had code begging.
Even when i tell them how to get the latest codes, they pm back sayin "can you not just email me them"
Its like p*ssing against the wind.....
