i have a infinity usb came with the old style floppy disk with the drivers ,so i downloaded of the web site,dosnt seam to be working though,when i plug the reader in it dosnt do anythin so i click the desktop icon.and bring the interface up but it dosnt seam to be working with the reader..have i got the right drivers ? or is it that i have windows vista and it dosnt mention vista anywher ...thankis guys

goto their site install the program for your device the drivers are in the install directory

i went to the site,chose my devise infinity usb.downloaded and installed ,,its came up on the desktop but dosnt seam to be talking to the card reader..it says programmer disconected when it is via the usb .. ??

I have mine working on Vista 32bit no probs. Could send you the files if you are stuck.

could it be the windows vista ???? dosnt mention windows vista on the site or the side of the box of the programmer...

did you install the drivers?? If your unsure look in device manager if you have an unknown device then that's probs it, goto said device in device manager click update drivers and browse to something like C:/PROGRAM FILES/Infinity USB Job done
