Default weird problem - FF...

ok so i have Starview 3 (The Box Super) and earlier today i inputted new keys and things worked great, but of course they were rolled again today and i went to update the them but instead of getting the section to update the keys there is no option to pick c&w (or ntl or anything else) - all the sections merely have FF in them - this is after you press 1570 to get to that menu.

there is no provider id there and all the numbers letters are FF - i can't update anything! any ideas guys?

wonderful, it worked and i input the keys and got things working again. well nearly, all my channel numbers are messed up and stuff but it's a start.

shame the starview isn't that customisable, you can't edit the numbers the channels are properly so my channel five is 3000 etc weird little box but i love it all the same
