well somethings happened here in derby, my mate says he was watching the departed on sly drama,when the channel distorted for a min then it went to the vm security fraud message. he checked other channels and its the same.he has 342 channels of security fraud message.not impressed at all. so ive turned my box off to be safe

With vermin in attack mode theres a hell of a lot of paranoia about.

Lol i really dont believe the above!
yes there may be a security message saying the box is illegal blah blah blah. Remeber the reason we can see this message is because vm know illegal boxs also find test channels which vm box's dont.

I do find all this stuff funny. As pointed out the only thing they can do is update the keys on network. They have no access to illegal boxs if they did it wouldnt be key rolls were getting.

well guys i went round to see my mates box.it turns out the **** was on a wind up,i gave him a few digs for causing me so much stress.and im sorry if i worried a few of you guys..

Thanks for the replies.

The people that were asking me about viruses were friends and family who bought the box because they saw mine first. So rightly or not I felt a bit of responsibility to put their minds at ease. Even if I knew it was a daft question
