issues i'm having, not key related...

well mostly not key related, it's more to do with the box itself. if anyone can help with any of these i would appreciate it though none are a real big hassle, more annoying.

1) i have the option to scan ntl, tw and ex c&W - oddly a scan on tw and c&w appears to be the only way i can get all the channels i should be getting - this doesn't seem at all normal!

2) ssxtra disappeared one day and became living+1 (preceeded by the notification 'channel changed...', is this now not available on virgin?

3) ss1 just did the same thing tonight though there is no new channel yet

4) i have the keymaster but it doesn't have keys for ntl to change, is there any way to get these or is ntl totally defunked? i'm wondering if this is where my missing channels are.

5) the box itself doesn't let me assign correct channel numbers - it just doesn't save any edits, is this just how the box is?

6) when i channel scan i get the channel 'challenge' 40 times - what on earth is this about? if i delete some of this or other duplicates, all instances of that channel then delete!

7) perhaps i should start again, is there a way to delete all channels and then do a rescan or is this pointless?

this may seem like a ridiculous post to many and i apologise but these little things are bugging me and if anyone else had them and overcame the problems here then i would love to know what you guys did!

do a factory reset then scan again then turn on emu and go to premium channel to auto update.simple really
