mosc and fun help plz

ok ppl well 3 month and i done a fun yeh ha well i hope no phone calls yet lol the thing is i tryed to open a mosc on side winder i know this does not unlock it it gave me ird and bk but it said in nagra ird string invalid i know this box is paid for but has been subed by starveiw for a long time any help plz also on fun its a case of bin then swap then find flash put in exeep then flash for that area and bobs yer uncle yeh ????????whats the best to unlock rom 11 with powersink unlooper.cheers for info oh does talkback defo need cut on boxes r ther many ppl nabbed with this if its not
