I wont post yet as need the ok to do so by a admin BUT, I tested on a eurovox 1000 and worked

BUT

The site only has files for the:

NEW EUROVOX EX5000 PVR
NEW EUROVOX EX1000 SL

I dont see one for the max V yet guys??? unless the pvr one will work on it.

Ive downloaded both files also,but a word of warning,
DO NOT FLASH A CLONE BOX WITH THE FIRMWARE
it will brick it..

pvr f/w wont work but maybe the 1000 f/w will work as its just a slim maxv??? anyone thinkin of tryin it?

Im new to this how do i know if iv`e got a clone i got mine from linksat will mine be a clone and this new firmware does mean ive to hock it up to computer and flash it if thats the word.sorry for been a pain but need a bit of help.

Pretty sure yours wont be a clone if you bought it from lincsat ....as for flashing your box look in the stickies its explained in there ......

i think that will be out later, but as mately said the 1000 is the same
