when clicking on download and then start com 3 changes to com 4 then back again and so on any ideas ay one plzzzz

Check your connection is good,are you using a usb adapter?

try reinstalling the drivers (i hope your not using vista its a nightmare when using an adapter)

I had exactly same problem, i had to reinstall the driver before it would work, and even then i had to start software 4 times before it worked. if you have another pc availble try it on there also as i found out later that it worked first time on my daughters laptop.
