hi all, please excuse my thickyness but i am no electronic whizz kid so bear with me. my N*L starview has gone down and just says auto up dating. i understand you have to put keys in, but what are they? can some one give me an idiots guide step by step. i have updated my box many moons ago but need help with the new keys. where can i find them etc. many many thanks if you can help this fool of a lady !!!!!!

You need the keys first, Type "keymaster download" in Google and find a download for it... Once downloaded, open it and you'll see keys for TW CW etc... Look for yours then follow the above video to enter them.

do a spot of reading as well, clues to were u can find latest keys.
