Got new firmware, last time no issues downloading using ronstar guide, this time I connect my box com ports keep flashing cant upoaad channel list & wont let me downoad firmware any ideas???

Check your connecton or try a different comm port (in settings)

sorry complete novice to all this!! how do I change com ports was fine last time, nothing new with PC but voxer is not working for me!!
