Can anyone help me out. When I switch on me box i am getting this c388 error on the display.

never heard of that on a eurovox,sure its not PEAA ?

Sorry guys, in my haste i was not clear. I have the Eurovox Max Blue box. I updated it with the latest software (30/11/08 update) and was it worked fine for a few hours. the picture started to freeze so i tried fiddling around with the wires at the back of the box, but nothing workes so i removed the power supply wire and reinserted it. Thant is when i got this c388 messege on the box display. i cannot access any of the functions on the box. please help.
