Default need help flashing my nokia dbox2

hi all,,, been try to flash my dbox with the lastest image but having trouble connecting my pc to the box im using (dbox flashing assistant) and a null modem cable, all i can get to is where it says waiting for dbox or something like that... is there another way i can do this ??

Yes, get a crossover network cable and connect to your PC network card.

Make sure the network card has the correct IP Address, Subnet mask and Default gateway to connect to the Dbox. The IP Address should be 1 less than the dbox, ie if the dbox is 192.168.1.10, the network card should be 192.168.1.9.
