i am running software 7.05, i have got the latest software but when uploading it to the box it stops about 6% everytime do i need to flash it fist before putting new software in or should it be ok thanks

not sure , depends on the software file, name and version.

Download the chatterbox toolbar both the box super 3 and the super usb fimware can be found there.

Try doing a little reading of the forums.
