Eurovox Blue ufl 30/11 not working?

Ive downloaded the latest blue box software, i've succesfully downloaded to my max blue box, but still cannot get channels after 3 attempts to reload.

Ive succesfully done this procedure with different updates previously (april etc) but nothing this time even after a power & auto scan.

Any relevant advice grateful

yeah just done it on my Uncle's and didn't seem to change anything...was still "updating". I manually entered codes and restarted it, hopefully it'll fix itself.

Connect it to tv like normal,

Go to menu,
Settings or something along that,
Factory Rest,

Then go connect it to ur pc and try and see what happens.

Then when u connect it back to tv i think it will ask u to search for channels,

will try it now, been in work all day so away from pc, very frustrated with it.
