it juts wont let me access it anymore

THE BOX
ver 4.54e_E
Boot ver: 7.0

i keep gettin the message on screeen saying 'data is being updated 0%'

please help

Hi,

Press the menu button.
Go into parental control
press your info button
then press 2004

This is another way of getting into the menu screen.

Otherwise

press menu
then 1570

i cant access anything... the remote doesnt do anything

i know that its defo working though

Try pulling the plug out and restarting your system.

Failing that you may need to reflash your system until a new firmware update is released. Its not looking good for a new firmware update on Starview 2.
Guys any news?????
