This used to happen me - this fixed it for me....

Turn off the box and power up without the card in, once it boots up you shld get the msg saying card not properly inserted, insert the card, wait a minute or 2 and then the msg stops appearing when chanaging channels....

Which program did you use to create Exteep? try RHV1 it in the downloads and put in Ird backwards..

It could also be the card.. try it with a different card..

Finally got around to reprogramming the card and its fine now.

Must have entered something incorrectly last time when creating exteep.
