Hi,
I have a Sportster version 17.5 runing on a Nokia Dbox2 that had been modified for key roll back in April. However, this died with all the other cable boxes at the end of November, so I downloaded Rom7 and FTP'd it up to the Dox using the network not cross over, then deleted the other roms (rom 10) I also had a folder called disabled roms in there were loads of old files rom 3 etc, so I deleted these too. So the only rom file I have now is Rom 7 Nagram 7. Plus keylist and the Nagra file. I restarted the box after this and - still no channels, so I checked using the Blue button to see if the update rom was activated it was - so I waited for a bit. Still nothing apart from FTA and the Liverpool FC channel. I was hoping for some help on this?? Maybe I should re-flash the box with another Sportster image and then try the Nagram 7 fix again, or have the keys rolled over again since the fix at the end of November? |

Yeah thought that might of been the case. The image had been modified, so maybe I did delete something I should not of done. I'll re-flash it with a clean image and try the fix again. Hopefully fingers crossed It a work. Thanks for the reply.

Hi, I have followed your instructions however when I try to FTP it says that it can't see the dbox on the port. Is there a standard DBOX FTP PORT number to use, this one is using port 21. All firewall stuff is OFF. Can use the prompt command so PC is connecting to box, but not sure I can transfer the information using this system. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

FURBURGER, have you "activated" the network in Dbox>Settings>Network?
