Default Flashing card Question

got an old telewest pace box, and a guy i know sorted the card out the other day by flashing the old fun card, everything is ok again

question is tho what kit is it u need to do this?is it a card reader and a usb cable of some sort?and how much they cost?

There are several card programmers that are quite happy with Funcards - the most popular are Inifinty USB ones (available in a few variants) or CAS3+ programmers which flash CAMs as well as cards. As you're doing a card for a box then you won't need to worry about CAMs, but seeing as you've posted in the "Cable on PC" forum I thought I'd mentioned them.

If you have any further questions you'll probably get quicker and better responses in the General Cable forum rather than the PC one.
