20rsport CAN YOU CLARIFY...
I've read a few threads and so far it appears that the new firmwares are fine - however, it looks like the problem areas may be the eurovox max BLUES and possibly the same but also with 2.1 fw (pre-update)....
As a result, i'm not flashing for a day or so...i have a 2006 EV Max Blue/uncloned!

the firmware on some blue clones is causing a mess up on some i know that for a fact as two i have come across and only managed to get them back by jtagging them, at first i thought it was clone safe as one box i seen was working perfect after the firmware flash and it defo was a clone, but good work for the firmware anyway so just stick to codes for now if u havea clone until more feedback has been posted

Actually it has...and the existence of the blue box problem thread started recently allso does. For reference, the actual colour of your box isn't that relevant and that's NOT what the red/blue is referring to - It's the box TYPE/MODEL ie. mine's is a grey/silver colour but it's a Blue box type.....two things clarifiedLOL
