Default EPG Data - Wrong Time?

Got all my channels back but the time is wong is set as GMT +1 when i change the time all the EPG data changes so i get the same programme on the actual TV but on the channel guide its showing as a different programme

Any ideas

just menu config time settings GMT NOT GMT+1, reboot

Ive had this, I changed the time on the box, saved it etc as normal, then turned the box off at the mains for a few minutes, put it back on and all was well

Thanks, Ptolemy, - had been mentally juggling the time, even with GMT (not+1) set. What I hadn't done was a reboot after the change. Blindingly obvious, really, but I needed your reply for it to click!! Many thanks again.

You defo have to power off the box for a minute or so for the time change to work.
