Default Cable extension

Hi Can anyone please help me with a problem I'm having installing an extension to my cable (virgin) TV. I have a cable modem and TV in the front room - seperate wires from the main install point. I've installed a 2 way splitter on the TV end and installed my original box and kryptview box to test the splitter - all works perfect on 2 x 1.5 metre wires on the front room TV. I've just installed a "15m RG6 Satellite and TV Coaxial Cable 15 metres Coax" on one of the splitters into the bedroom. Rather than getting a picture I get no TV pictures. Some error pops up about error code 1202 - contact customer support. The box picks up the whats on and I can change channels - but no pictures appears. Any ideas? Ebay code :220292935486 15m RG6 Satellite and TV Coaxial Cable 15 metres Coax on eBay. The description mentions Virgin so assume its the right one. The Mrs is moaning as she wants to watch her Gilmore Girls in peace! Best regards Rich

Just managed to get it working. Had a chat with a friend - I was making the ends incorrect. Just assumed I had to cut all through the wire layers to just the thin wire and do it that way. Made it correctly and now its all working. Thanks. Rich
