Default scrambled channels

hi,thanks to you guys i have my box working but today i cant seem to get some channels on ex some movies and setantana sport
tried a rescan but nothing any suggestions

Read the other posts in this forum. There's thousands of posts from the last week asking exactly what you have.

What do you mean by frequency? Doing an automatic channel scan (under installation) should update all channels to the correct frequency.

i have done automic scan and its go,s to 83% and when i exit i still cant get some movies and setanta sports 1

Do channels like Sky 1, Paramount etc work?

If all you can get are the BBC/ITV/C4/shopping channels etc, it's likely that your code hasn't been properly entered. Make sure you're putting them in for the right region

yes can get all channels apart from the ones i mentioned just gets a scrambled picture i will keep messing and hopefully will come back i have sky prem and sports so thats the main ones

Ahh, I get you. Do an "installation" scan, the channels will either start working, or there will be copies of the channel right at the end of your channel listing

ive done another full scan and gone to 100% but dont know why a few channels are just not working

Starview 1 clone, East London, Ex c&w.
Your no longer alone, I've lost Setanta 1, 2, news, golf, etc, etc plus Sky sports news.
Haven't looked through the movies channels yet but all other sports channels are working.
Tried full scan, no extra channels appeared.
Then tried factory reset + rescan, still nothing. Very strange... ?:
