Default frequency levels

I HAD JUST had my box back from being fixed with a jtag problem (Eurovox max 2007) and i have put it on and there are no channels and it cannot find the transponder, i gone into menu and installation and done a powerscan but it asked me for frequencies, im in the bristol area. can anybody help
