Default CAS 3+ or Infinity Unlimited

I am trying to understand whether a CAS 3+ will do everything the Infinity Unlimited can plus program CAMS.

I want to make a fun card and also load a Dragon Cam. Will the CAS 3+ be as useful as the infinity unlimited for the Funcard loading as this is my first project.

The Cas 3+ can program both Cams and cards, mostly using the USB cable, although you do need a serial cable to use it in Phoenix mode, it can quite easily program all fun cards.
It can also program Dragon/T-Rex cams using the dummy card.
