Help Me i Am Dull !!!!!!!!

hi im still having problems. dont know if my box is a box super, just says starview on front. i have put in both sets of keys switched EMU on scanned channels via NT* which is my provider or vir**N as it is known. after scan i get all the information for the channel, at the bottom it tells me for instance S*Y MOV**S it will tell me what film is on but i have no sound or picture, and the screen goes to UPDATING INFORMATION and sometimes stops at 10%, or will go to 80% and has gone as high as 120% then nothing it just sort of jams on that setting. any ideas sorry to be a pain to every one

Dull? That's an interesting description

Have you saved in between entering the two codes? And have you set your area properly (PURE = Ex-NTL, CW = Ex-CW etc)

Save every time you enter any number or letter

ive tried entering things all ways. there is no sign of anything called PURE just n*l and a load of other sat stations. i have put the keys in with emu off and on scanned before and after saving keys. all i get is updating information and it goes up to 100% and nothing happens. i must be doing something wrong but i dont know what.

is it because my Starview may be a box 0nr and i need a new BIN code to flash, or should i flash the old one and go through the same process. its doing my head in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

N*L is called "Pure" on the Keymaster programme. Is where you live ex-N*L, ex-CW or ex-TW? You need to put in the correct codes for that area.

As for firmware, there's no point updating if yours is "the box" aka Starview 2, as there has been no patch to fix them

and a Crypstar-V1.4 core 400 dont know what they mean but they did work. where do i find this PURE thingy? cheers Melanie
