Default no or bad signal

hi i ve a eurovox pvr ex5000 was workin fine till about 5 mins ago i have recently installed the new firmware which i thought didnt work as for the last few days everytime the keys rolled they wud not auto update i had to re-flash the box again including last nites keyroll....anyway this morning it was working fine the keys rolled and it auto-updated but no it says no or bad signal anyone help im in the ex c&w area

and i have checked the wiring thats fine and quality reads as non existant
