Hi guys, ive finally got the serial to usb lead working and now when ive started to load the firmware onto the eurovox it gets to writing to to the box and then says downloading failed at the end!! im gutted is my box ruined? what do i do help please!!

guys think ive really messed up here so id appreciate some help my box is now saying no channel available when i try to power it up after the download fail.

I have downloaded the right firmware i hop my box is eurovox max v 2008 and the tuner measures 8 slots of the grill.

im using UFL MaxV v2.0 from the bigmaq toolbar.

did you wait a couple of min after the fail message b4 disconecting as you often get the fail b4 success
the ones i did monday had to do a scan as chans wher lost after doing the update

ive had no sucess message just the failed one and i waited for a couple of mins ive just turned the box back on now and im doing a deep channel scan to see if anything comes up, ill post in a min with an update thanks guys

ok deep channel scan done ive got all channels back so im assuming its worked, ill know when the codes roll again. But when i press menu and yellow it just has all zeros, so im assuming its been flashed.

must have worked m8 cos otherwise where did box get codes from ?? unless u mean works cos u put codes in manually, if not relax and enjoy

no it worked mate cheers, lost the fav channels thought but i saved the cdf file so maybe i can upload them later.

ive done the same thing. flashed the box and it says no channel available. i do a deep scan and they i get the message no transpoder. any ideas anyone?????help.
