image help

when i try using winrar to xtract my image files it keeps comming up file corrupt. is there any other way to get the image or does anyone no how to get round this with winrar

try downloading your image again cause i had the same problem,and you can go to the private fta area in uk cable to look for an image

The file my be coming down un rar file try and save file not open it.

download it again from toolbar to a new location failing that i sometimes get this with other archive's when i do i use power archiver try that

I flashed some dbox2 s before. i even ftp some but now im stuck . i got dbox2 flashed with new lincsat beta. now i want to add rom file or ftp other images but it says connection failed.i put 192.168.0.100 on ip network dbox. subnest mast 255.255.255.0 and default getawy 192.168.0.1 i clicked start restar network and back and save settings. but when i check show active network it s shwoing ip 192.168.0.125. either before saving or after saving. i keep changing ip back to 192.168.0.100 again it s 192.168.0.125 on the active network. im annoyed what could be wrong. shall 0i erase the whole image? help me plz thnaks

Try putting the settings shown on your dbox2 on to the pc. It should still connect ok as long as you make the ip address of the pc one number different e.g if the ip address of your dbox is 192.168.000.125 make the ip address of the pc 192.168.000.124 and keep all other settings between the two exactly the same. Make sure if using flash fxp that you enter the address of the dbox ( 192.168.000.125) and not the pc.
