updating a 1000 box

i have a pace 1000 box in ex c&w area i keep getting audio description on im trying to get it take the lastest update ive rulled red jumper and funcarded the netid back i cant access the audio settings on the box i know the led simm has only 2 chips on it a was wondering if there was any other to update it to new software

go to guide ,,then audio and visual settings and change from there

that box wont update without the 4 chips on the sim ......theres no aud settings on old menus that i can remember

i heard a we roumer that the vermin tech guys are playing with these boxes and trying to knock them and i think its eather 2000 or 4000 of line again just a roumer
