Eurovox Max V - can't upload channel data

Guys,

I wonder if anyone else is having the same problem. I have a Eurovox Max V 2008 and have successfully updated it to the latest patch. I scanned all the chanels in and have sorted out all my favourites. Having done this I wanted to take a backup of this by uploading my channel data but I don't seem to be able to do this. I have tried all the UFL and also Voxer and it just seems to finish straight away without generating anything.

Has anyone else seen this? If so is there a solution?

hi

make sure you select UPLOAD not DOWNLOAD in the app. and that a valid file name is in the file browse window

Thanks for the reply chrisduk112. I thought I might be doing something at first but I double check and I am definately trying to UPLOAD and have tried all sorts of different file names (even a simple one like aa). Anyway, if I try to select download I get a message saying "not a valid cdf file") so it couldn't be that.

I'd like to hear from people who have the same box and have successfully uploaded their channel data following on from the patch update and rescan.
