I am still dull - Techwatch: Satellite TV forums, FTA, Cable, Hardware, & Tech forums

I have tried 2 sets of new keys given to me, i have stored keys with emu off and then scanned channels, stored keys with emu on and scanned channels,all i get is when i go to a s*y Mov*e channel to update. it says updating info this sometimes stops at 20% 30% has gone as high as 120% and then just freezes. what am i doing wrong. i have a sv 1 and the last file loaded was h20070607 400e BIN file and a crypt star-v1.4-core400
dont know what all that means but can somebody help pleaseeeeeeeee

there is no need to re-scan channels.
press OK on set default k*y
then input 00 k*ys and press OK to save/goto 00 key and press the forward arrow to change it to 01 then input 01 k*ys and save, make sure emu is on.
if you have inputted the correct k*ys it should update

you sure your putting in correct keys for ur provider, all changed this morning english between 10.30-11.00 am.

Mondeo, without being rude, but you've got several threads running at once.... asking the same question over and over again won't get it answered any quicker.

The latest keys are on Keymaster, Deja Vu toolbar etc, check there first

you need the K*ymaster program
you can get it by clicking on Mark Forums Read, scroll down to cable forum and click on the FTA forum. the topsticky is the download section, you want to be in Other Cable TV and its on the 2nd page

Why does everyone talk in some form of code. What is a topsticky as i said i am a woman and we dont do techno gadgetry very well !!!!!!!!

i got top sticky now i scroll down to other cable and there is an internet address i cut and paste that and end up back in the techwatch forum. as i said i am still dull . can someone please pm me an idiots guide step by step for me to do this.
