is my signal or tuner bad with my box

Hi all cracking site.

Joined as I can't find a solution to my problem in search.

I have this box that will not find any channels in slow or fast scan and last night I put in old blade image from last year just to see if at least I could get fta or anything!

Nothing so went to bed and turned it on this morning and done a fast scan and it found 30 transponders and scanned them all and I got the fta channels.

30 minutes later after putting bouquets in and the rest of files it had went back to no channels found.

So i flashed that image again and nothing. I cannot understand how it scanned when I got up this morning.

I have scanned my own box and have it running just now but this other box must have a faulty tuner or something!

Or maybe my signal is not the best for some boxes.

my running box has

snr 62000

sig 0

bitrate 2500

Dodgy box (well aint they all)

has

ber 3630

snr 20764

sig 61824

bitrate 0

so my good image has no signal and a bitrate and this is opposite!



p.s. I have selected my location and now getting transponder scan failed when flashing! So will try and try until i stop getting that message.
