Default Multiple LNB's

Hi all, at the moment i'm reading lots and trying to understand as much as possible before i take the plunge, and empty my bank account on a motorised dish satellite system.
I understand that with a motorised dish it can be pointed at different sats, but I dont understand why or when you need multiple LNB's.
Could someone please help me out.
Thanx a bunch

Mozz

normally, multiple LNB's allow you to view different satellites from a fixed dish.
A motorised setup doesn't need multiple lnb's, but I guess others may think differently

I would agree with what Flyer is saying 100%

You only need 1 lnb with a motorised dish

Yes, Only one LNB NEEDED on a motorised dish.

I did have 3 or mine for a short while though, effectively combining the convenience of a multiLNB setup with the flexibility of a motorised one.

It was useful at the time as I had it set up that when the dish was sent to 19E, 13E and 28E could also be received on the offset LNBs. It is not worth it for this combination anymore,

I now have a separate fixed dish with 16E and 28E on it instead.
