Default Euro vox signal

Can someone help me please. I have virgin media but i also have a euro-vox max v, the signal is perfect for the virgin media box but the same cable in the euro-vox is not locking signal, its jumping around with the pictures goin all fuzzy. I tried using a booster but although it has made it slightly better its totally unwatchable. again when i switch back to virgin media box my picture is perfect. Any solutions anyone? thanks

Try shifting the channel frequency by only a few Hz, sounds like they are only slightly off.

Is the cable split anywhere like to another box or to a modem? I had Eurovox issues with a VM splitter that was installed, switched the splitter and solved my problems. I use the 2 way Konig Cable splitter, which is easily available off flebay.

Hi, I've been having problems with picture quality, got the ex5000, have tried adjusting manually, got new scart lead, tried without splitter, even went an got an attenuator as the signal was too strong for some channels but then makes it too weak for others!! But will try benys suggestion above see if it works my splitter looks like a cheap one with 5-1000MHZ where as the konig ones have 5-2400MHZ?
