Can anyone help me i am new to the satelite scene and i have a dreambox 500s.Which is the best site to go to for downloading the images and cams and how do you do it?

Firstly you need to asertain if your Dreambox is a genuine item or a clone. Just have a look at the first 6 digits of the boxes MAC address and let us know what they are.

This is usually a good indicator if the box is genuine or not

To get images you can either look on the Alsat forum or you can look at the individual teams websites.

Websites to you can google are as follows.

1. Nabilosat
2. Pli
3. I have a Dreambox (IHAD) (Do not use any image above 3.40 until you can confirm if your box is genuine)
4. EDG Nemesis
5. Powerboard Enigma
6. Puntal
7. S.I.F

To install them you need a null modem cable and a copy of Dreamup which can be found at the IHAD website
