cant sleep wont sleep

hi everyone who burn`s the midnight oil just too long or like me just struggle to sleep properly after finishing night shift.
i woke up at 4am wide awake no use even trying to go back to sleep.
so come down stairs made a cuppa and thought i know what i will sort out my cable box........1 and half hours later still not sorted and even if i downloaded the correct program wouldn`t know what to do with it lol.
i`m now on my 2nd pot of tea and bored
reply if you wanna chat.....this could be the midnight club just need us night owls to post replys
