Ok i have 2 nokias with blade quad on them i put blade on them in may time, now with recent events they have gone off lol
i have a xover cable and flashfxp the ip address is 192.169.0.24 on both of them ive tried setting my ip tp 23,24 and 25 but i cant even get my network connection to say limitted connection it just says a net work cable is unplugged ive tried 2 pc both on xp just the same both settings are the same on both boxes they are the same settings as when i flashed the image on them i cant even flash a new image on them i have yoused fxp before to update varkeys ive always had a bit of bother with my settings but not this much lol any help gets a thanx cheers Andy |

why dony you try ifa then follow the link in the stickys left by subzero about using fxp, i reckon this will sort your box out, im using blade quad and having no troubles what so ever..

Hi
What have you set the ip of your lan connection to? i usually set mine to 192.168.0.100 if you dont know how to set this let me know you could also ping your box to test the connection menu run type command in box hit enter type ping 192.168.0.24(make sure you leave a space after ping) hit enter will come back with a reply works a treat for me Pieeater |

i set my ip address to 192.168.0.24 and my connection stil says a net work cable is unplugged i tried to ping and it said hardware error

come on guys i know someone knows the answer to my problem when i plug the dbox in my network status in the bottom right still says a network cable is unplugged ive even tried flashing a new image with dbox flashing assistent but it just says timeout dbox ping failed is a twisted 4 pairs enhanced category 5 cable a cross over cable but i would of thought i would get limited or no connection on my network
when i try to use fxp i get failed and refused but i get the same with my cable unplugged help lol |

Set the dbox ip address to :
192.168.136.101 Then on the LAN set the ip to: 192.168.136.100 Then connect the box and computer and it should work fine. |
