Question Eurovox: Channel Editing

Hi, this is my first post & I am hoping someone can help me. I have downloaded the Max v 30.11.08 update and it is working fine, however, I am unable to upload the channel data to my computer for editing. I have checked the path which is pointing to the channel data file, clicked save to my desktop, the progress box opens, but as soon as I click start the box disappears and nothing happens, also the edit key does not work tho I assume that is because the file is empty.Any help would be appreciated as I don't know what to try next.
Cheers, Nick46

you could try to see if you have any success with a program called Voxer (its in the FTA forum downloads section on this site)
this program allows you to download and upload channel data files it is also a lot easier to edit the file with this program
