ird = ird + hexstring... ect ect..
that error in winxplorer usually means the card is already unlocked and a ifs error uaually means a problem with the card, try and read it a couple of times in nagra edit

I've tried reading them numerous times in NagraEdit but it fails when attempting to login to BD3.
I'm not getting any IFS error.
I might try changing some settings in Nagra Edit.
