Please help!

hi guys, really sorry if this has been covered, been on here all night trying to fix my grampa's nokia dbox to be honest i know nothing at all about them but have read a lot this evening on here. on the front all it has is nokia dbox DV3 (sorry for lack of info) and says sportster when it starts up.

it had been working up until last week but he has since lost all but freeview, i understand from reading on here i needed to change the keys, i followed instructions on another post and deleted the keys but when i went back in there no keys, i have tried to manually input the keys i have got from bigmaq toolbar but nothing happens, is this because i deleted the original keys? is there anything i go do to get it up and running again?

any help would be very much appreciated.
