Sagem Dbox 1 won't boot

Sagem Dbox 1 won't boot
I have tried to flash new image with IFA, it wont connect, even though i can find the tmp folder via crossover cable with IE. Smart FTP and Flash FXP can't find the tmp folder to transfer the image into. So i am at a loose end as what to try next. kein system seems to rule my box.

Hi the same here all I get is kein system; when switching on all I get is above with NO SIGNALS and nothing out of the scart lead The remote soes not operate and the only way to switch off is unpluging ant ideas please?
