hi i brought a chipped NTL box but when it is plugged in it keeps coming up with er 12 the gets stuck on ap52 can i do anything about this to get it to come up? any way of by passing it etc

Yes m8 when it gets stuck on ap:52 that means the network id is wrong.

You will need to reset the net id for your area using a funcard (or libby if its a pace 1000/2000). Both easy to do.

Have a look around for the fun card net id pack.

What model number is your box?
