Hello, can anyone please help. I seem to be receiving all the channels apart from Setanta & PPV. Your help would be much appreciated.

make sure you have the new firmware and then do a rescan and channel edit which will solve your probs!

press menu, select 'channel edit' which will give you a list of channels-look at 538 and you will see two entries select make sure one of them is working and skip the non working one (press yellow button then the blue I think)- same for the rest

Setanta have changed there frequency try looking for a channel called BICS11 it may be under there or do a re-scan and it may come back.

do a manual scan m8 set down freq to 0000 then enable network scan let it finish then look @ the end of the list like smurf said look under BICS11 for setanta i have the boxing on TV 1700 and TV 1568

If you have an starview 3 do a factory reset and fresh install that puts them back in order.Starview 2 do as Smurf or Martin-f have said.they'll be in the bics.

by pressing channel edit then red does that on all boxes with out having to do it the long way round

Yes agreed but a fresh install on the sv3 will put them back in the sports category as opposed to the bics channels.

doing a auto scan does sometimes miss channels i think the chap wanted to watch boxing not mess with his box all night m8 and it confuses people with two contradicting posts he wanted sentana and boxing and i have told him how to get it
